Festival of Reading: Developing a love for reading and raising outcomes – the question of where to start?

Nick Hackett from Beecroft Academy and Beccie Hawes from Cadmus Inclusive talked about approaches to reading for primary school aged children, from their different perspectives. Nick talks about the creative ways the school have used to engage children in reading, before Beccie talks about the methods and assessment she uses to get to the root causes of reading difficulties and to help build a love of reading.
