Claire Forester

Claire joined the business as Director of Human Resources in 2017. Her remit is to work with the senior management team and to deliver on all people initiatives, both at an operational and strategic level. This includes talent acquisition, leadership development, retention, employee engagement and organisational design.

Claire previously worked in private equity, in Sovereign Capital’s education portfolio, and before that at the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for 10 years.

She has a business management degree from Southampton Solent and gained a Masters in Personnel Development (MCIPD) from Westminster University.
