Pat Lamaison is the HR Director at Renaissance Global, where she partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver the People & Culture strategy. She focuses on ensuring the organisation has the right talent, structure, culture, and capabilities to drive sustainable growth, high performance, and operational excellence.

In her role, Pat oversees the full People & Culture agenda, with a particular focus on creating a clear, scalable operating model and strengthening leadership capability across the business. She leads initiatives that enhance organisational clarity, streamline ways of working, and optimise the end‑to‑end employee experience through improved processes and thoughtful use of technology. Her work centres on building a high‑trust, high‑performance culture supported by strong talent density and minimal organisational friction.

Before joining Renaissance, Pat held senior People & Culture leadership roles in high‑growth international tech companies, including Pleo & Pollen. Her earlier career spans management consulting and HR advisory within large, complex organisations (Sky, BT & Accenture). She brings extensive experience supporting executive teams through periods of rapid growth, transformation, cost optimisation, and cultural change, and is known for balancing strong commercial acumen with a human-centered leadership style.
