Education Specialist, SEND and Wellbeing
As Education Specialist for SEND and Wellbeing, Emma draws on her extensive experience as a teacher, SENCo and inclusion lead to guide the development of our SEND and wellbeing assessments. Her insights shaped through longstanding relationships with colleagues across a wide range of schools and trusts help ensure our solutions reflect the real needs of educators and learners.
Following 13 years as a primary teacher and intervention lead in the UK, Emma spent nearly a decade working in international schools in the UAE. During this time, she completed a postgraduate diploma in SEN and became Inclusion Manager at a highly regarded school in Dubai.
Emma’s passion for inclusive education continues outside of work, she volunteers in a local primary school, ensuring she stays closely connected to the day-to-day classroom experience.
