Boosting Number Confidence: Insights from National Numeracy

We are delighted to present this opportunity to hear from our friends at National Numeracy about practical ways in which schools can support young people experiencing low number confidence, maths anxiety and/or maths-specific challenges.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the charity's free Schools and Families Programme and take away practical ideas to immediately implement in the classroom.

National Numeracy was established as an independent charity in 2012 to help raise low levels of numeracy among both adults and children and to promote the importance of everyday maths skills. By working with communities, employers and teachers, their aim is to enable everyone across the UK to be confident and competent with using numbers and data, so that they can make good decisions in their daily lives.
