Admin Assistant – Account Management Team, Oxford

GL Assessment are seeking an administrator to join their account management team on a 3-month fixed term basis. You will provide much needed support to the team and assist with general admin duties and queries.

The role involves:

  • Answer the phone and filter calls as required
  • Manage Customer Service Inbox
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Reset passwords
  • Support Account Management admin processes

Location: Oxford, OX4

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (3-month Fixed Term Contract)

What we are looking for:

  • Have a professional attitude and a good work ethic
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, to include familiarity with cloud-based software
  • Be accurate, precise with excellent attention to detail
  • Be personable, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Office based experience, sales experience would be beneficial
  • Be eager to learn new skills
  • A passion for education and/or knowledge of the education environment is a bonus
