SEN Account Manager

We are currently looking for a SEN Account Manager. This role will involve developing relationships with our SEND customers, to help them with their current assessments and identify opportunities to develop their SEND portfolios further.

The Role:

The main responsibilities are:

  • Managing needs based conversations with our SEND customers
  • Developing our SEN support offering & lifecycle for customers
  • Managing all the sales leads allocated
  • Preparing & managing quotations for customers
  • Achieving agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining effective use of our CRM system
  • Responding efficiently to all leads and customer requests
  • Providing feedback on key SEN themes to wider business
  • Working collaboratively with SEN Assessment Insights to provide the best possible value for each customer
  • Managing trade accounts who supply customers with SEN assessments

Location: Brentford or Home- Based (Hybrid Working)

Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

What we are looking for:

  • SEN knowledge within education, teaching or selling.
  • Previous SEND experience working in an Education setting
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a commercial environment
  • Experience of customer contact centre environment
  • Competent in running MS Office software with specific spreadsheet capabilities and using online applications
  • Inquisitive and confident - able to constructively challenge practice and methods
  • Highly commercial with the ability to spot opportunities to retain and grow revenue in a cost-effective way
  • Has the ability to form effective relationships with colleagues across Sales and Marketing, Operations and other areas of GL’s business
  • Numerate and results focussed, comfortable working in an environment with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and regular reporting
  • Good attention to detail
  • Results oriented, persistent, persuasive
