Introduction
Suffolk Reading Scale (SRS) is a standardised group reading assessment that consists of multiple-choice sentence completion questions. SRS enables you to monitor the progress and ability of individuals and groups. It has been designed to be relevant and engaging to pupils and can be administered easily in the classroom.
The scale has three comparable levels covering the age range of 6 to 14 years 11 months. Each level has two parallel forms for easy testing arrangements or for re-testing whilst minimising practice effects.
